What You Do

• Run a full 360 desk for the German-speaking market
• Build and grow client portfolios, from startups to listed groups
• Source, interview, and place candidates end to end
• Win new clients through cold calls, follow-ups, and meetings
• Advise founders and C-level leaders with market insights
• Lead negotiations and close mandates independently

Who Fits

• 2–3+ years in recruitment, executive search, real estate, or B2B sales
• Proven deals, revenue, or fees
• Strong hunter mindset and comfort with cold outreach
• German C1+ and fluent English
• Structured, driven, and confident with CRM and targets
