Jessen Cabinets is a fast-growing, customer-driven company specializing in high-quality, ready-to-assemble (RTA) white shaker cabinets. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile, operating with integrity, and building a team of proactive, ownership-minded professionals who care about results and delivering exceptional service.

We are seeking an experienced and highly talented Sales Designer with deep RTA cabinetry knowledge and a proven record of sales success. If you thrive in a performance-driven environment, love working with clients, and can balance design expertise with sales excellence, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads through our CRM (GoHighLevel) and move them through the full sales pipeline.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, Zoom, and email — no designs are created before direct customer interaction.
  • Design kitchens using 2020 Design software, ensuring layouts are functional, beautiful, and tailored to client needs.
  • Generate accurate estimates and quotes using QuickBooks.
  • Drive sales by following up with prospects, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, remodelers, and homeowners to expand our network.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs while contributing to a collaborative, team-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years proven success in RTA cabinetry sales & design (required).
  • Advanced proficiency in 2020 Design software.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (preferably GoHighLevel).
  • Strong understanding of cabinetry, construction, and estimating workflows.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills; thrives under pressure and accountability.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
  • Remote work experience with the ability to manage leads, meetings, and projects independently.
