ABOUT THE ROLE

Wyxan is looking for a seasoned Senior SDR who can own and architect our outbound sales engine from the ground up. This is not a seat-filler role; you will define pipeline strategy, build and refine our ABM funnels, and set the execution standard for the sales team. Your primary hunting ground will be LinkedIn, and your targets will be decision-makers at software companies and technology-adjacent enterprises.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and own the end-to-end outbound sales pipeline — from ICP definition and prospect mapping to pipeline reporting and conversion analysis.
  • Build and continuously refine a LinkedIn-first ABM strategy targeting senior decision-makers (VP, Director, C-suite) at software houses and technology companies.
  • Develop and test multi-touch outreach sequences across LinkedIn, email, and other channels — iterating on messaging based on response data.
  • Mentor and guide mid-level SDRs, setting best practices, reviewing outreach quality, and coaching on objection handling.
  • Work closely with leadership to align pipeline targets with business goals, reporting on weekly KPIs and funnel health metrics.
  • Manage and optimize CRM hygiene — accurate pipeline records, stage progression, and handoff documentation to closing teams.
  • Research and identify new verticals and account lists for ABM expansion using tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, or equivalent.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

✓ 5+ years in B2B sales development or business

development roles.

✓ Proven experience building sales pipelines from

scratch inside a software house or SaaS company.

✓ Demonstrated LinkedIn ABM experience — running

campaigns, optimizing sequences, and measuring

engagement.

✓ Strong command of outbound metrics: open rates, reply rates, meeting booked rates, pipeline velocity.

✓ Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a core prospecting tool.

✓ Ability to write compelling, personalized cold outreach that cuts through noise.

NICE TO HAVE

■ Experience selling to OSINT, intelligence, or

government-adjacent verticals.

■ Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, Clay, Lemlist, or

HubSpot Sequences.

■ Background in corporate brand protection or

cybersecurity sales.

■ Experience working with US or EU clients remotely.

■ Prior team lead or SDR manager experience.
