Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager with a proven track record in the distribution and sales of elite sports equipment such as TechnoGym, LifeFitness, Matrix and other high end performance machines. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a robust sales pipeline, manage key accounts, and expand our client base across the public sector, health & rehabilitation, real estate, hospitality, longevity, & education sectors within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and grow the B2B sales pipeline with a focus on elite sport, wellness, and fitness equipment distribution.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities in target sectors including real estate developments, governmental institutions, rehabilitation centers, hospitality groups, and health & longevity facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across various sectors.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from sale to delivery and installation.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and distribution of premium fitness or sports equipment in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing sales pipelines and achieving yearly sales goals.
  • Strong network and client base within public institutions, hospitality, real estate, health and wellness, and education sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • UAE residency, with a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Results oriented, self motivated, and capable of working independently and within a team.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Understanding of fitness technology, biomechanics, and wellness trends.
  • English and Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in bringing innovative & branding solutions to the MENA market.
