Senior sales engineer

Responsible for handle existing customers through daily customer visit.

 Responsible to provide appropriate product recommendation against customer specification.

 Take care of all correspondence related to samples and finding technical solutions.

 Meet assigned revenue targets by generating business from new and existing clients.

 Promote the company product range using dedicated promotion tools.

 Responsible for business development & analysis competitor strategies.

 Ensure company presence on customer site.

 Maintain the good relation with customers and take care of customer satisfaction with loyalty, honesty and ethics.

 Communicate the status of opportunities, clearly articulate next steps and discuss potential risks with the wider sales and account management team in the weekly meeting.

 Monitor competitor activity and new developments.

Education Qualification

 B. Tech / B.E. - Mechanical / Industrial / Automotive / Production

 With minimum of 3-7 years industrial sales experience.

 Good knowledge of fasteners industry along with a familiarity with the market environment is preferred.

 Product knowledge and Industry experience, Strong oral and written communication skills, Motivational skills, Results-oriented.
