Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Engineer to lead and grow our commercial solar sales portfolio across the southern region of Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development acumen, a deep understanding of the solar energy sector, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role requires strategic client engagement, market penetration, and the ability to close high-value deals to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to present and explain renewable energy solutions (solar, batteries, wind turbines, hybrid systems).
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with the technical team to design preliminary solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Support in negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct market visits, identify potential opportunities, and develop strong client relationships.
• Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM or reporting format.
• Provide after-sales technical support in coordination with the operations team.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements

• MBA Sales & Marketing with Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Energy Systems Engineering.
• 02 to 04 years of experience in a related role will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of solar power systems.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.

Required Skills

• Confident in meeting clients and explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Energetic, humble, and adaptable to different client environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Karachi, Hyderabad, and Sindh region.
• Fluency in Urdu and English (both spoken and written).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
