Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Engineer specializing in Cold Rooms and Refrigeration Systems to drive sales growth in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on sales experience, and the ability to manage client relationships across commercial and industrial sectors. Local market experience and a valid driving license are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell cold room systems, refrigeration units, chillers, freezers, and related accessories
  • Develop and manage relationships with contractors, consultants, end users, and project clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue projects in commercial, industrial, and food-related sectors
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and quotations
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and client meetings to understand project requirements
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure accurate technical solutions
  • Participate in tenders, negotiations, and project follow-ups until order closure
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in Qatar
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field
  • Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience in cold rooms and refrigeration systems
  • Proven experience handling sales in commercial or industrial refrigeration projects
  • Strong understanding of cold room panels, refrigeration equipment, compressors, controls, and accessories
  • Experience in the Qatar market is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Valid driving license is mandatory
  • Willingness to travel within Qatar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

  • TAB: 3 years (Preferred)
