We are hiring on behalf of a German-based company opening its Islamabad office.
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Sales Manager to own and grow our sales efforts, someone who can run the entire sales cycle and help us build a repeatable, scalable sales process.
Responsibilities:

Own the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close

Own the identification and coordination of responses to relevant tenders (RFPs, RFQs), working closely with engineering and leadership

Lead deep discovery conversations with technical and business stakeholders

Manage high-value, long sales cycles (mid-market to enterprise)

Build and continuously improve the sales process from scratch

Translate complex technical requirements into commercially sound proposals

Work closely with engineering and leadership to scope, price, and close deals

Maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline and revenue forecast
Requirements:

5+ years of B2B technical services sales experience

Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals

Experience selling custom engineering, consulting, or deep-tech services

Comfortable engaging with engineering leaders and procurement teams

Ability to operate with autonomy and build structure where none exists
Nice to have

Experience with public or enterprise tendering processes (RFPs, RFQs), including bid strategy and coordination

Exposure to embedded systems, IoT, industrial or hardware-software products

Experience building or mentoring sales teams
