Senior Sales Engineer or Senior Sales Executive – Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)

Job Purpose

The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for leading sales activities and business development for Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions across the UAE and GCC region. The role combines advanced technical expertise with strategic sales capabilities to drive specifications, manage key accounts, and achieve revenue targets in project-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for IAQ solutions in the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
  • Drive consultant specifications and ensure IAQ solutions are included in project designs and tenders.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Technical & Project Support

  • Provide technical support for IAQ solutions during design, tender, and execution stages.
  • Prepare technical submittals, proposals, BOQs, and value-engineered solutions.
  • Support tender evaluations, clarifications, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with engineering, projects, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Client Engagement & Market Development

  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements related to IAQ.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and professional meetings.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales engineering within HVAC, IAQ, or building services.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, building standards, and IAQ regulations.
  • Proven experience in consultant-driven and project-based sales.
  • Established professional network within the UAE and GCC construction market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
