Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to join our boutique team. This role is a hybrid of luxury retail sales and store operations, ensuring clients enjoy an exceptional experience while the boutique runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Engagement
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, offering personalized jewelry recommendations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Drive in-store and event sales to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and luxury markets.
- Provide after-sales service and handle client follow-ups with care. Operations & Store Support
- Support daily store operations including billing, invoicing, and order processing.
- Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.
- Ensure visual merchandising, displays, and store ambience meet luxury brand standards.
- Maintain accurate sales and operations reports for management.
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, and client deliveries.
- Manage client communications (calls, WhatsApp, emails) with professionalism.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in retail sales and/or operations (luxury jewelry, watches, or fashion preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (Hindi/Kannada is an advantage).
- Passion for fine jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and during exhibitions/events.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail, business, or operations.
