- Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Identify and develop new customer leads through field visits, references, and marketing activities.
- Promote company products and explain product features, benefits, and schemes to potential clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collect feedback and communicate client needs or issues to the Branch Manager.
- Market Expansion
- Conduct area mapping and identify potential routes and business centers.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events as directed by management.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, and follow-ups in prescribed formats/software.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to reporting heads.
- Ensure all documents related to sales and customer onboarding are collected and verified properly.
- Team Coordination
- Work closely with the Branch Manager, Business Development Executives, and Collection Team for smooth operations.
- Support the team in achieving overall branch and regional sales goals.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
