  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development
  • Identify and develop new customer leads through field visits, references, and marketing activities.
  • Promote company products and explain product features, benefits, and schemes to potential clients.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collect feedback and communicate client needs or issues to the Branch Manager.
  • Market Expansion
  • Conduct area mapping and identify potential routes and business centers.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events as directed by management.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, and follow-ups in prescribed formats/software.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to reporting heads.
  • Ensure all documents related to sales and customer onboarding are collected and verified properly.
  • Team Coordination
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager, Business Development Executives, and Collection Team for smooth operations.
  • Support the team in achieving overall branch and regional sales goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
