Your Role

As a Senior Sales , you will drive business growth by developing sales pitches and leading the sales team to maximise performance and market penetration.

Focused on process improvement, you will ensure efficiency, manage teams effectively, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.

About You

  • Develop sales pitches and materials based on self-conducted market analysis.
  • Drive sales team at the branch to maximise business growth and market penetration.
  • Develop sales talent through effective sales management techniques.
  • Execute and drive efficiency by implementing continuous process improvements.
  • Collaborate and manage effectively with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
  • Deliver results under pressure and within deadlines.
  • Focused on producing high-quality, impactful work in a dynamic environment.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales is required, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
