The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales of residential, commercial, or plotted development projects. This role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to final closure and post-sales coordination. The executive will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets and enhancing the company's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

I. Sales and Target Achievement

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
  • Lead Management & Conversion: Manage inbound leads (telephonic, digital portals, site visits) and actively prospect for new high-value customers through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct professional and compelling presentations of projects, including explaining design philosophy, unit plans, specifications, amenities, and investment potential to prospective clients.
  • Site Visits: Efficiently organize and conduct site visits, greet customers, and provide comprehensive project walk-throughs to help clients visualize the property.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Lead contract negotiations, discuss pricing, payment schedules, and financial/banking options to successfully close sales deals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
