Senior Sales Executive

BIRD Collaborative is expanding and looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are a trusted supplier of sustainable straws and eco-friendly disposables to the UAE’s hospitality and F&B industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sales within Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

Build and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, and cafés.

Identify new opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.

Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Provide regular updates and sales reports to management.

Requirements:

3–5 years of sales experience in the F&B or HORECA sector.

Strong network or existing client base within Abu Dhabi’s hospitality industry.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Based in Abu Dhabi with own car and valid UAE driving license.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
