We are now expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth.

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Pune
Industry: Modular Office Furniture Manufacturing
Experience: 1–5 years (Furniture/Interior/Construction/Project Sales preferred)

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Generate leads and convert them into active customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Engagement

• Visit clients, architects, contractors, and project consultants to showcase product offerings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable modular furniture solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

3. Product Presentation & Demonstration

• Present product catalogues, samples, and design solutions to clients.
• Coordinate with the design team to prepare quotations, layouts, and BOQs.

4. Negotiation & Order Finalization

• Prepare and deliver quotations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring profitability.
• Finalize orders and ensure proper documentation.

5. Coordination & Follow-up

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and project completion.
• Follow up on payments as per agreed terms.
• Maintain sales reports, visit logs, and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
• Proven experience in B2B sales; furniture/interior/domain experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and modular furniture layouts (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits.
