Senior Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate(builder and construction company)

_ Location:_ Gurgaon, Sector 74A

_ Salary_: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000

_ Timing:_ 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage clients professionally. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Approach to potential clients and share details about ongoing real estate projects.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable investment plan .

Schedule site visits and follow up with leads to ensure conversions.

Maintain and update the lead database on a regular basis.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups.

Requirements

Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English).

Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach.

Basic understanding of real estate (training will be provided).

Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.
