Join our group as a Senior Business Development Officer and become an integral part of the thriving Real Estate Industry.As a Senior BDO with Lakhani Group, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients.Your Responsibilities will include:

Arranging appointments and conducting site visits for potential clients.

Communicating effectively with clients via calls, emails and in-person meetings.

Generating leads and engaging potential clients through various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with auto dealers
  • Sell and upsell packages to existing and potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with auto dealers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

Ability to work independently while possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
2-3+ years of experience in sales and marketing
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, emailing, and attending industry events.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients to close deals.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

A trustworthy and pleasant demeanor,

Familiarity with MS Office.
