Job Overview

We are hiring a Tadbeer Sales Executive with strong sales experience from luxury sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing service roles. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking domestic worker visa services, guiding them through government-approved Tadbeer packages and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

This is a high-performance, target-driven role with exceptional commission opportunities—top performers earn four times their basic salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell MOHRE-approved Tadbeer packages for maid and nanny visa services
• Handle walk-in customers, inbound calls, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Explain visa packages, benefits, and UAE domestic worker regulations clearly and confidently
• Assist clients in selecting suitable candidates and schedule interviews
• Collect and verify documentation for visa applications
• Coordinate with internal operations and documentation teams
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Experience in sales — luxury retail, hospitality, service, or customer-facing environments (Tadbeer or visa experience is a plus)
• Excellent English: reading, writing, and speaking
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Confident, target-oriented, and comfortable handling high-pressure situations
• Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset
