Identifying new sales opportunities through scheduled meetings, cold calling, and networking.
Conducting product or service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers.
Power of Negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
Strengthening client relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities.
Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Meeting and exceeding sales quotas, tracking progress using company software, and generating regular performance reports.
Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Preparing and submitting reports on a weekly basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the shipping industry and preferably from a forwarding background.
Good Knowledge of the industry, specifically RORO & Break-bulk.
Should be professional in verbal and written communication.
