Dear Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Senior Outdoor Sales Executive to drive field sales activities, develop new business opportunities, and manage key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, proven sales performance, and the ability to lead by example in outdoor/field sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and market research
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate pricing and contracts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution
- Guide and support junior sales executives when required
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up with clients
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–6+ years of experience in outdoor/field sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle field pressure
- Valid driving license (if applicable)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
