Job Summary
Brainmine Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Sales & Revenue Generation Executive – Digital Services to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and generating revenue through our digital solutions. The role requires strong expertise in selling Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development.3
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and onboard new clients for Brainmine’s digital and IT services
- Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and propose suitable digital solutions
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations
Revenue & Target Ownership
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Close deals independently and ensure healthy margins
- Upsell and cross-sell Brainmine’s services to existing clients
- Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting reports
Client & Internal Coordination
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, and Content teams for smooth delivery
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and closures
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing models
- Share market insights and contribute to sales strategy and service enhancement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing / IT Services Sales
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development, and Digital Branding
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Target-driven mindset with strong closure abilities
- Experience using Excel, CRM tools and preparing sales reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing or IT services agency
- Existing client network is an added advantage
- BBA/MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred
