Job Description: CGS – Caribbean Global Shipping LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with minimum 3+ years of experience in Shipping & Freight Forwarding within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, an existing client base, and the ability to drive business growth across logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage new and existing clients in the UAE freight forwarding market
• Promote freight services including Sea, Air, and Land Transportation
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and rate negotiations
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipments
• Maintain strong relationships with shippers, consignees, and overseas agents
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 - 3 + years of proven sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping in UAE
• Strong understanding of import & export
• Existing customer database is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
