Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Meet with clients (virtually or in-person) to understand needs and present tailored product/service solutions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, terms, and specifications to secure sales and close deals.
- Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients for repeat business and upselling.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, manage pipeline, and report performance against targets.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Company Representation: Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the brand and generate leads.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Proven sales experience - 5 years in Flooring and Construction industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer needs..
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a fast learner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
