Senior Sales Executive

Looking to hire a Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in the Facade Cleaning industry in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in facade cleaning / building maintenance sales within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of estimation, costing, and tender preparation
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and close new business for facade cleaning and maintenance services
• Prepare accurate estimates and commercial proposals
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients, consultants, and facility management companies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
