Senior Sales Executive

Looking for an experienced sales executive for a steel stockholder and distributor based in Jebel Ali Free Zone.

The role involves:

• Understanding products, industry and business operations.
• Identifying business opportunities with key markets and customers.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers.
• Negotiating and closing sales.
• Generous commission based compensation directly proportional to sales targets. No upper limit to commission structure.
• First three to six months will be probationary, depending on experience, skill level and performance.

Skills to have:

• Relevant experience is mandatory - people not experienced with structural steel products or steel industry will be auto-rejected .
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales of similar industry.
• Minimum 2 years of Steel Industry experience required.
• Knowledgeable and curious to learn.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Motivated and inspired to go the extra mile.
• Thorough understanding of sales techniques.
• Actively involved in seeking out potential opportunities.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
