Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by securing new clients and projects in the exhibitions, events,
and production sector. The role requires a mix of relationship-building, market knowledge,
and sales expertise to deliver creative and tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in exhibitions, events, and production services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and government entities.

Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions including booth design, event setups, and production services.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with design, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to stay competitive.

Represent the company in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and client communication in the CRM system
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.

4–6 years of proven sales experience in the exhibition, events, or production industry in KSA.

Strong understanding of exhibition stand builds, event logistics, and AV production services.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-
Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Valid Saudi driving license and ability to travel for meetings and events.
Preferred Qualifications:

Portfolio of past clients/projects in the events or exhibition field.

Experience working with government, semi-government, and large corporate accounts.

Knowledge of 2D/3D exhibition stand design basics (to communicate with designers effectively)
