Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales activities: lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and payment collection.
  • Identify and target potential clients in Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Government sectors across GCC, Iraq, and Africa.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for tenders and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
  • Ensure ethical sales practices and adherence to company terms and conditions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience (Oil & Gas experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tender processes is desirable.
  • Notice period: Maximum 30 days.
  • Salary: As per industry standards.
