Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales activities: lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and payment collection.
- Identify and target potential clients in Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Government sectors across GCC, Iraq, and Africa.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for tenders and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure ethical sales practices and adherence to company terms and conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience (Oil & Gas experience is an added advantage).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tender processes is desirable.
- Notice period: Maximum 30 days.
- Salary: As per industry standards.
