Senior Sales Executive

We are recruiting a top-tier sales operator to drive revenue at the highest level of the market.

This is not a traditional sales role. You are not chasing small deals. You are closing legacy accounts.

This role exists to open doors most people can’t even find — and convert them into long-term, high-value relationships across luxury residential, commercial, and large-scale development.

We fabricate stone for spaces that define status — skyscraper lobbies, multi-million-dollar homes, commercial builds, and design-forward environments where cost is secondary to precision, speed, and execution.

We are looking for someone who knows how to win in that arena.

What You Will Do

  • Originate and close high-value accounts across:
  • Skyscraper and commercial lobbies
  • High-end residential estates
  • Interior design firms
  • Construction and development companies
  • Build and own relationships with decision-makers: developers, architects, designers, and GC firms
  • Drive deal flow from first contact through contract execution
  • Operate inside CRM systems with discipline — tracking pipeline, forecasting revenue, and reporting progress
  • Create momentum where there is none
  • Report directly to leadership ( CEO & CFO) with clarity and efficiency

Who You Are

  • 5–10+ years in high-ticket B2B or luxury sales
  • Proven track record landing and scaling large accounts
  • Comfortable operating in rooms where expectations are high and margins are higher
  • Self-directed — you don’t wait for leads, you generate them
  • Strategic and relentless — you know how to move a deal from introduction to close
  • Technologically fluent (CRM systems, pipeline management, reporting tools)
  • You understand that relationships close deals — but precision keeps them
