Senior Sales Executive

A Car Wrapping Sales Representative promotes and sells vehicle wraps, PPF (Paint Protection Film), and tinting services to retail and corporate clients. They act as the primary contact, advising on design, material selection, and color choices. Key duties include generating leads, preparing quotes, managing client expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the entire design-to-installation process.

• Customer Consultation: Advise clients on wrap types (vinyl, PPF, matte, gloss, satin), color selection, and benefits like paint protection and branding.
• Sales Generation: Actively approach potential customers, including car owners, auto shops, and corporate fleet managers.
• Quoting and Closing: Provide accurate price estimates, create, and submit proposals to secure orders.
• Project Coordination: Act as a liaison between the client and the installation team, tracking the design and installation stages to ensure quality and deadlines are met.
• Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Order Processing: Process, update, and manage orders from inquiry to final delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Industry Knowledge: Proven experience or knowledge of vehicle wrapping, PPF, window tinting, and vinyl materials.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively present, negotiate, and advise clients.
• Creativity: A good eye for design and color to assist customers with custom projects.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills to process orders and client information.
• Customer Service: Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Experience: Previous experience in automotive retail, sales, or sign fabrication is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A valid driving license.
• Experience in high-end vehicle detailing or customization.
