Role Overview:

We are looking for a "Senior Sales Executive" to join our growing team in Karachi, Pakistan, someone who can own the full sales cycle, build lasting client relationships, and drive real revenue across our HR outsourcing, HRMS, and payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end B2B sales from cold outreach to deal closure
• Selling HR outsourcing, EOR, HRMS & payroll products to enterprise clients
• Building and nurturing long-term client accounts across key verticals
• Developing proposals, pitch decks & commercial offers tailored to client needs
• Manage and maintain accurate CRM records including lead status, activity logs, pipeline forecasts, and deal notes.
• Conduct periodic service reviews and account health checks with clients to proactively identify and resolve concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 5 to 7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR outsourcing, HR technology (HRMS/HRIS), SaaS, IT services, or professional services.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an enterprise B2B environment.
• Prior experience selling to HR, Finance, or C-suite decision-makers is strongly preferred.
• Experience with payroll, EOR, or HR compliance services will be considered a strong advantage.
