Senior Sales Executive / Business Development

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Senior Sales Executive / Business Development professional to drive new business, manage client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate is target-driven and passionate about sales and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus
  • Good understanding of market dynamics
