Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive cum Interior Designer to manage client relationships, generate sales, archive monthly targets and provide creative interior design solutions. The candidate will be responsible for project sales, design presentations, client coordination, and ensuring successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

• Generate new leads and business opportunities for interior design, furniture, joinery, and fit-out projects.
• Meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and project presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
• Follow up on leads and payment collections.

2. Interior Design Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and project scope.
• Develop interior concepts, space planning, and design solutions.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
• Create and review 2D and 3D drawings.
• Coordinate with production, joinery, and site teams for execution.
• Ensure designs meet client expectations and company standards.

3. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with factory, procurement, and installation teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Attend site meetings and supervise design implementation.
• Resolve design and site-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure project quality and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in interior design and sales.
• Experience in fit-out, joinery, furniture, or construction industry.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or other design software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle clients and manage multiple projects.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Performance Expectations (KPI)

• Achieve assigned monthly sales target.
• Timely project completion.
• Client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Accurate reporting and coordination with departments.

Salary & Benefits

• Commission: KPI and collection-based incentive
• Visa and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
