We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive with 3-5 years of experience in selling display stands, retail fixtures, exhibition stands, or POSM solutions. The candidate should have strong market knowledge and an existing client network within retail, events, advertising, or brand activation sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for display stands and retail display solutions. Build and maintain relationships with clients across retail brands, advertising agencies, event companies, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing to close deals.
  • Work closely with the production/design team to deliver customized display stand solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in selling display stands, exhibition stands, retail fixtures, POS materials, or related products.
  • Strong understanding of materials (metal, acrylic, wood), fabrication, and display design concepts.
  • Existing client database or strong connections in retail and events sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
