Lakhani Group is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative (Female Candidates Only) to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels in client engagement and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and conduct site visits for prospective clients
- Communicate effectively with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Generate leads and engage potential clients through various social media platforms
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with auto dealers
- Sell and upsell service packages to both new and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to successfully close deals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, emailing, and attending industry events
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in sales and marketing
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Trustworthy, professional, and pleasant personality
- Proficiency in MS Office
