Senior Sales Executive Female– Conference Sales

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Conference Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience in the GCC region, with a passion for conferences, exhibitions, or events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive delegate and sponsorship sales for conferences
• Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and negotiations with decision-makers
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the GCC market
• Experience in conference, exhibition, or event sales is an added advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Female candidates preferred
