Job Overview

People Perfect Advisory is looking for a Senior Salesforce - Senior Sales Executive- HR & SaaS Solutions to drive business growth and expand our client base across the UAE. This role focuses on selling HR consultancy and HR technology solutions, including EOR, and building long term relationships with COOs, CFOs, HR, and Payroll leaders, contributing to the companys market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote HR consultancy services, including recruitment, outsourcing, training, payroll, and HR tech solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client engagement.
  • Build and manage strong, long term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Prepare and present customised proposals aligned with client needs and business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support business strategy and service improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within HR consultancy or related sectors in the UAE.
  • Experience selling into COOs, CFOs, HR, Payroll, and Operations roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
