Job Overview

People Perfect Advisory is looking for a Senior Salesforce - Senior Sales Executive- HR & SaaS Solutions to drive business growth and expand our client base across the UAE. This role focuses on selling HR consultancy and HR technology solutions, including EOR, and building long-term relationships with COOs, CFOs, HR, and Payroll leaders, contributing to the companys market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote HR consultancy services, including recruitment, outsourcing, training, payroll, and HR tech solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client engagement.
  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals aligned with client needs and business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support business strategy and service improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within HR consultancy or related sectors in the UAE.
  • Experience selling into COOs, CFOs, HR, Payroll, and Operations roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
