Job Title: Senior Sales Executive- IT Services

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Location: Qatar

Target Industry: IT Solutions and Technology Sales

Job Brief:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Account Manager who enjoys building relationships and closing deals in the IT industry. In this role, you will focus on connecting with enterprise and government clients, offering IT solutions that support digital growth and innovation. You will manage the full sales cycle, learn and share the latest technology trends, and work closely with internal teams to provide the best solutions for our clients. If you enjoy meeting new people, solving problems, and growing in your career, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities for IT infrastructure, software, and digital transformation solutions

Build and maintain strong and trusted relationships with decision-makers in enterprise, government, and semi-government sectors

Work with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and presentations

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while ensuring customer satisfaction

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new vendor technologies

Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and partners to align strategies and ensure compliance

Provide regular forecasting and sales performance reports to management

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT solution or technology sales in Qatar

Proven experience selling to enterprise, government, or oil & gas clients

Good understanding of IT areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and digital infrastructure

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Valid QID and Qatar driving license

Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage
