Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, focusing on high-value clients and market expansion.
- Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Lead sales presentations, prepare customized, cost-effective proposals, and negotiate contracts to maximize profit.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and provide feedback on industry trends to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client requirements.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven 3–10+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Logistics Knowledge: Strong understanding of air freight, sea freight, ocean freight, or land transportation.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a results-oriented approach.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems to maintain accurate sales records and client interactions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (often preferred)
- UAE Driving License is a must.
