Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, consultants, and contractors.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized equipment solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including design, production, and service teams.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial kitchen equipment or foodservice industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
