- Identify and approach potential customers through showroom visits, referrals, and field sales.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and preferences to recommend suitable modular kitchen solutions.
- Present product designs, materials, and pricing clearly to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare sales reports and share market insights with management.
Requirements-
- Graduate degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in modular kitchens, interiors, or home furnishings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand design concepts and explain them to clients.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
