Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in building materials, construction equipment, and PPE. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at developing client relationships, identifying project opportunities, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the client portfolio within the construction, building materials, and PPE sectors
- Actively engage with contractors, procurement teams, and project stakeholders to present tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, and closing deals
- Conduct regular site visits to identify opportunities and strengthen client relationships
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor market trends, ongoing projects, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in building materials, construction equipment, PPE, or related industries
- Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred)
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-oriented
- Available to join immediately
