Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage B2B sales for wooden pallets and industrial packaging
- Handle key accounts in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, and industrial sectors
- Generate new business and expand existing customer relationships
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close high-value deals
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor customer payments, credit terms, and outstanding balances
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in wooden pallets, packaging, wood products, or industrial materials
- Strong understanding of costing, margins, and pricing
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Valid driving license and willingness to meet clients regularly
- ERP / CRM experience is an advantage
