Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage B2B sales for wooden pallets and industrial packaging
  • Handle key accounts in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, and industrial sectors
  • Generate new business and expand existing customer relationships
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close high-value deals
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor customer payments, credit terms, and outstanding balances
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in wooden pallets, packaging, wood products, or industrial materials
  • Strong understanding of costing, margins, and pricing
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Valid driving license and willingness to meet clients regularly
  • ERP / CRM experience is an advantage
