Senior Sales Manager – Soft Facility Management Services

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our business development and client acquisition efforts in the Soft Facility Management Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing high-value client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in soft services (Ac duct cleaning, Water Tank Cleaning, Kitchen Hood Cleaning, pest control, façade cleaning, etc.).

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, commercial, residential, and institutional sectors.

· Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.

· Build strong client relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and service excellence.

· Prepare proposals, presentations, and tenders aligned with client requirements.

· Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution and client satisfaction.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

· 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the Facility Management / Soft Services industry.

· Driving Licence must

· Strong understanding of B2B sales and tendering processes.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

· Leadership experience with a focus on team motivation and performance.
