Role Summary

The Senior Sales Manager at Everguard Fence Materials is responsible for providing a superior customer experience and leadership presence while actively driving revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales efforts in Tukwila, while overseeing the sales department in Portland, OR. This role serves 90% contractors , 10% DIY homeowners , and other customers by identifying needs, offering solutions, quoting materials, and following through with service excellence. The Senior Sales Manager will have weekly check-ins with the Portland sales team and a rotating monthly in person visit. The manager will also take part in structured outbound prospecting efforts to expand Everguard’s market presence and generate new business relationships while managing the overall sales department between Tukwila and Portland.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Sales

  • Assist walk-in customers and handle inbound calls and ecommerce inquiries professionally
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate fencing materials and solutions
  • Generate accurate quotes and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain consistent contact with repeat customers to build long-term relationships
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate when appropriate to ensure satisfaction

Outbound Sales Initiatives

  • Participate in a dedicated Outbound Sales Day every other week to visit contractors, builders, and potential new accounts in the area
  • Prepare materials and strategy for each outbound day including prospect lists, leave-behinds, and talking points
  • Log and track interactions in google apps and follow up on all leads generated

Account Management & Growth

  • Build and manage a pipeline of account prospects, with a focus on conversion and retention
  • Proactively seek upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers
  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Sales Process & Reporting

  • Track and update customer records in google apps
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Provide weekly reports on sales activities

Compensation & Incentive Structure after 60 DaysBase Salary:

$80K - 100k/Year (Paid bi-weekly)

2 Weeks PTO (After 90 Days)

Bonus:

  • Up to 10K End of Year Bonus.
  • 2% commission on all new accounts brought in (no walk-in accounts & Metrics required)

Quarterly Review Incentive:

Earn a $750 bonus after receiving a minimum of 30 customer reviews in a quarter. After reaching the 30-review threshold, you’ll receive an additional $25 for each review beyond that.

If a customer uploads a photo with their review, an extra 0.5 points will be added toward your review score total.

Future Oregon Location: Annual bonus based on year over year revenue growth. Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday & Occasional Saturdays

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
