• Fresh or experienced candidates with confidence in client handling
• Strong communication, follow-up skills & closing ability
• Ability to work in Dubai off-plan properties

2. Sales Managers – 4

• Leadership experience with team handling
• Responsible for team performance, closures & strategy
• Strong knowledge of Dubai off-plan + NRI developers

3. Tele-Callers – 5

• Excellent communication & lead-conversion skills
• Call, qualify & schedule site visits / meetings
• Work remotely or hybrid

4. Freelancers – 15+

• High commission module
• Flexible working structure
• Must have basic understanding of real estate sales
