Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Increment Executive with a strong technology background. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proven experience in managing client relationships, and a strong ability to drive business growth through client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for client growth and revenue expansion within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, business reviews, and client interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, progress, and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, client handling, or account management.
- Must come from a technology/IT background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present and communicate effectively with clients at various levels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and ability to explain them to clients.
