Spixar HumanEdge is hiring experienced Senior Sales Managers to lead high-performing field sales teams, drive customer acquisition, and achieve strong regional sales targets. This is a leadership role for professionals passionate about building teams and scaling field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage 8–18 Field Sales Executives
• Drive field sales and customer acquisition in assigned regions
• Plan and execute local sales & marketing activities
• Track daily performance, reports, and KPIs
• Ensure consistent target achievement and team productivity
• Build strong customer relationships and market presence

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in field sales
• 1+ years of team handling / people management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel within the region
