Job Description (JD)

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for overall leadership of the sales department, strategic planning, and driving revenue growth across all Vairt brands. This role supervises the Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the company.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, and Executives.
  • Set department sales targets, KPIs, and monitor progress.
  • Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to optimize revenue.
  • Build and maintain key client relationships.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to align strategies.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Job Specification (JS)

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in sales with at least 2 years in senior/managerial roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Strong ability to mentor and motivate the team.

Work Requirements:

  • Ability to monitor team performance and enforce accountability.
