Job Summary
FameWheels is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our vehicle sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
The candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the automotive market, and the ability to drive consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for cars, bikes, inspections, and auto parts
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, buyers, and corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives for better performance
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and lead generation
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Handle key client negotiations and close high-value deals
- Improve sales processes and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented mindset with proven sales achievements
- Good understanding of digital sales platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
